My last girlfriend, we met each other in a shopping mall. I was there to pick up some new shirts and she too was there for her own femine wears. We were only a couple feet from each other but for some reason I couldn't stop staring at her and she too the same ... but anyway, that's a long time ago.

I was working at a progressive bookstore here in Portland and Joe came in wanting to do research on politics, so I was helping him find what he wanted. Later I went to check how he was doing with his research (cause I thought he was cute and wanted to flirt), and found him in a totally different section reading lebian comics. We laughed and before he left he invited me to a gathering of some friends of his at a par, and I gave him my number. We missed each other at the gathering, somehow not finding each other though we both showed up. He called me a couple weeks later and asked me out. We have been together for ten years now, though we have an open relationship.
